Proven Industrial Technology
Carbo-Force modular pyrolysis systems for the production of renewable energy, biochar, and permanent carbon removal from biomass.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Controlled Pyrolysis at High Temperatures
The pyrolysis process takes place in a controlled environment, in the absence of oxygen, at high temperatures, through the thermal decomposition of biomass.
The system converts raw material into biochar and recoverable energy, without direct combustion.
Controlled operating temperature: 600–900°C, depending on the processed biomass and system configuration.
Closed process, without contact with oxygen
Monitored and stabilized thermal conversion
The gases generated during the process are reused to sustain the thermal operation of the reactor. After the initial startup phase, the system operates in an optimized energy mode, using internally generated energy. External energy is mainly required during startup and for auxiliary equipment.
Fully Integrated and Automated Process Flow
The pyrolysis systems are designed as integrated solutions, covering the entire technological process, from biomass feeding to energy production and biochar management.
The installation is configured for stable operation and continuous monitoring of the main process parameters.
